Dear Wizard:
Thank you so much for your restoration of our Pinewood Derby timer for Pack 474 of Cordelia. Our Scouts worked hard this year so we could buy our own Pinewood Derby track and your company helped us make this year's Pinewood Derby our best ever. The finish line timer and software, coupled with some audio and video projection made the event this year fantastic. When first time Scouts see the entire set-up and see the results projected on the screen along with a photo of their car it's amazing to see the look of wonder on their faces.
Your company has proven to not only create superior products but your customer service and attention to getting things right shows that you truly care about the kids that are benefitting from your products. Pack 474 will always be grateful for your help and you have customers for life. As our boys get older and move on to Boy Scouts, we'll make sure to tell the parents that pick up the torch for us that Micro Wizard is the only place to go when parts or services are needed.
As you know, the Cub Scouts are an organization dedicated to turning boys into productive and responsible members of the community. Our future leaders sometimes need help to achieve their goals and while the Cub Scouts provides the framework for that success, we are dependent on the generosity of members of our community to help our Scouts reach their full potential. Just a quick note...
I used to be a Compaq Systems Engineer and I also used to work for Sierra On-Line so I know both the Software and Hardware side of the computer industry. I have no idea how big you are... but I just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with your help and your support... on Sundays... at night... I get that most of your customers only work on this stuff at night or weekends... but I just wanted to give you kudos!
Our pack is currently borrowing the track and timer. I bought the software because we are going to be actually buying a track and timer this year as our old wood track and timer is done. LOL I am very impressed and I am fairly sure we will be buying our timer from you.
